A Glimpse Beyond the Veil

Imagine reality unzipping right in front of you, and you’re pulled out by an entity so vast it defies comprehension. You float outside yourself, watching the world being constructed like an illusion, with thoughts, memories, and feelings swirling together in ways you never thought possible.

What is Psyshift?

Psyshift is a solo journey through strange puzzles and dreamlike worlds shaped by altered states of mind. It is a slow-paced experience, letting space for reflection, discovery, and meaning beyond scores or speed.

Let go of control.
Sink into the atmosphere.
Notice what emerges in your mind as you explore.

Each level is a symbolic, psychedelic mindscape. Puzzles aren’t just challenges, they are gateways that change how you see yourself and the world around you.

Development Status

This is a short demo of the first few levels, including the tutorial. 

It’s a short prototype made by a small student team. We’re passionate about altered states, symbolic design, and games that go deeper.

Behind the Inspiration

This game is inspired by some of my own experiences with altered states. It’s one of the strangest and most eye-opening things I have ever experienced. If you want to learn more about that kind of stuff, I made a website where I share thoughts, experiences, and useful info.
